How New G Solution hosts customer portals

How New G Solution hosts customer portals

New G Solution is a software company. We host and operate private ERP portals
for organizations that subscribe to our service. Each portal belongs to one
customer organization. New G Solution provides the software, hosting, and
operation. The customer organization uses the portal for its own staff and
authorized users.

How to recognize a New G Solution portal

  • Most portals are served on a subdomain of newgsolution.online
    (for example, company.newgsolution.online).
  • Some customers access the same service through a custom domain
that they control and point to our hosting.
  • The organization name appears on the sign-in page.
The page also states that New G Solution hosts and operates the portal
    on behalf of that organization.

This page describes our hosting model. It does not list customers and it
does not confirm whether a specific organization is a customer.

How to check that a sign-in page is genuine

  1. Confirm the address bar shows https and a valid lock/certificate
for the domain you typed or were given by your administrator.
  2. If the address is a New G Solution subdomain, it should end with
    .newgsolution.online.
  3. If the address is a custom domain, confirm it with your organization
    before entering a password. Do not rely on the organization name alone;
look-alike domains can copy a name.
  4. Enter credentials only if your organization directed you to that address.

Report a suspicious link

If you received a sign-in link that you do not trust, do not enter a password.
